What we issue

Documentation services

01

Electronic Certificates of Origin and manual shipping documents

The Chamber is authorised to issue a variety of trade and shipping documentation for both locally-manufactured and re-export goods, as well as for direct shipments from a second or third country.

An Electronic Certificate of Origin (ECO) attests that goods in a particular export shipment have been wholly obtained, produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country. ECOs may be requested by Customs administrations, importers, freight forwarders or banks for clearance of Letters of Credit.

Express service is available and customers can collect their documents in just 10 minutes. All ECOs are issued in a set of four copies.

02

Digital endorsement of invoice, packing list and health certificate

The Chamber provides online application for digital endorsement of invoice, packing list and health certificate. Approved digital documents can be printed on your own letterhead directly at your office.

All documents are issued in a set of four copies.

03

TradeNet (import & export permits)

The Trade Documentation Division processes inward and outward permits (also known as Cargo Clearance Permits) using TradeNet — an electronic data interchange network that transmits documents to government authorities for approval.

04

FTA Certificate of Origin via TradeNet

The Chamber provides applications for Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Certificates of Origin. FTAs make your exports cheaper by eliminating import duties, allow easier entry into partner markets and can allow increased export quotas.

FTA preferential rates are legally binding, so participating countries must abide by the concessions offered — ensuring long-term stability for exporters.
